When the season gets particularly busy, most students—particularly overscheduled athletes—benefit enormously from 30-minute sessions with one of our Organization Specialists on a weekly or as-needed basis. One of our Ivy League students will sit with your child and help them take initiative to organize their study plans, athletic & extracurricular goals, academic exams, and more. Students leave their first session with their Organizational Specialist with their own iCalendar and a weekly planner sent directly to parents.

Workload Organization and Management

Prepare to receive:

  1. An introductory/consultation phone call with an academic manager to assess how we can best support your student

  2. A personal team of tutors customized to your student’s needs

  3. A bi-monthly status report on your student’s strengths and weaknesses

  4. A personal calendar shared with all tutors, academic managers, parents, and students to keep track of all tutoring sessions and major assignments

  5. 30-minute meetings as-needed with an organizational specialist to ensure your student stays on track

Academic Support and Tutoring

We offer SSAT, ACT, SAT, and SAT subject test preparation. Each student preparing for the ACT/SAT is matched with a pair of tutors specializing in the math and literary sections of the test. Your student’s team of tutors will collaborate on a test preparation schedule that sets your student up for success well before their test date.

Crimson Connections can connect you with either a Harvard athlete or an Equestrian on an NCAA team to serve as a sports adviser throughout your student’s time in high school and their college application process. This specialized mentor-mentee pairing will teach your child how they can excel while balancing school and sports as a competitive student-athlete.

Summers

By working with Crimson Connections over the summer, you can:

  1. Get ahead for the next year.

  2. Reinforce what you learned this year.

  3. Learn something your school doesn’t offer.

Regardless of your student’s year in high school, it is not too early for them to enhance their standing as a future college applicant. We offer individual-centric college preparation that meets each of our students where they are at whether they are in ninth grade or twelfth. For students applying to college now, we’ll help you craft a stand-out application while catering to your particular interests. Our staff of Ivy League tutors are students who just went through and excelled at this process. We understand the salience of conveying your unique story and skills to top universities through a strong, stand-out application.

College Preparation

Beyond academic support for a language course in school, we also offer immersive one-on-one lessons with a fluent speaker in 5+ languages. Learning a language in classes with other students can be very difficult; let us make it easier for you to practice reading, speaking, and writing language skills by matching you with an individual mentor who enjoys the thrill of speaking another language.
